After looking through the online catalogue and making my selections I emailed my order and gave my card details via fax. This was Monday the 20th June. My order was picked and packed and dispatched by Tuesday 21st June and we are expecting delivery Thursday 23rd June Via UPS EXPRESS.
Updates have been numerous from Veronica. I originally asked many questions such as, Do you include jump rings? Answered YES Will the packets have the references written on? Answered YES She informed me of the "out of stock items", "in production items", "discontinued items"
